Get Fit Great Falls Fitness Test Loy

Get Fit Great Falls is recruiting volunteers to do fitness testing at 12 elementary schools. Get Fit partners with HANDS to provide a curriculum of healthy activities that elementary students in HANDS can do throughout the winter months. We do pre and post tests of speed, endurance, flexibility, balance and strength to see if students improve. We need 5-10 people at each school. Volunteers may need to demonstrate a fitness test, so comfortable clothing is recommended. This is a great opportunity for high school students. Volunteers will check in at the front desk and then go the gymnasium.
