The Prevent Child Abuse and Neglect Taskforce (PCAN) is a community coalition housed under United Way’s Healthy Lives Vibrant Futures Initiative. United Way of Cascade County serves as PCANs fiscal agent and is what will show up on your credit card reports, but rest assure your donation will go to the PCAN taskforce.
