Back-To-School Clinic

Cascade City-County Health Department and Great Falls Clinic are hosting a special clinic at Four Seasons Arena to get kids ready for school. Come out to this Back-to-School Clinic for sports physicals and immunizations -- get your kids ready for a safe 2021-2022 school year!
Physicals are $15 (cash only). Immunizations needed to attend school will also be provided - MMR, DTaP, polio, chickenpox, etc. No appointment needed.
