Financial Futures - Start on Your Path to Stability
Learn from experts in the field and participate in peer-to-peer sharing about how to budget, invest and save money on taxes and fees. The Financial system is complex, but understanding the basics can help you save thousands of dollars a year and set you on the path to long-term financial success and stability.
The class is FREE for members of The Sober Life, but will require advanced planning to ensure we have enough supplies. A FREE Dinner will also be served at each class. If you are interested, please RSVP to Chris, chensley@allianceforyouth.org, with your name, email address and phone number. The class is for adults and teens 16+, but younger children may come with a parent/guardian.
Participants are eligible for a $50 savings match from Embark Credit Union. To receive the match, participants must attend at least 4 of 6 sessions and open a savings account (at Embark) and deposit at least $10 per month for 5 consecutive months.
